Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rosier Cosmetics , customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy is inspired by standard Indian eCommerce and beauty brand policies.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You have received a damaged product
You have received a defective product
Wrong product has been delivered
Item(s) were missing from the package delivered to you
In any of the above cases, you may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours to 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Product must be returned with original packaging, labels, seals, and invoice
Proof of purchase/order ID is required
Images or videos of the product may be requested for verification
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Step 1:
Email us at support@rosiercosmetics.com
or contact us via WhatsApp with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Photos/videos of the product
Step 2:
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
Return request is raised after the allowed return period
Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Product is returned without original packaging or accessories
Sale, discounted, combo, or promotional products
Free gifts or complimentary items
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card/debit card provider
Contact your bank as processing times may vary

EXCHANGES
We replace products only if they are:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly delivered
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12–24 hours of placing the order
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
DAMAGED PACKAGE DURING DELIVERY
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, we recommend:
Refusing the delivery, or
Recording an unboxing video immediately upon opening the package
This helps us process replacement/refund requests faster.
