At Rosier Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, charges, and delivery terms.
This policy is inspired by standard Indian eCommerce shipping practices used by beauty and cosmetic brands.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
Courier partner availability
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Government restrictions or unforeseen delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply separately where available

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable phone number
Customer unavailable
the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Rosier Cosmetics shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders.
We reserve the right to:
Disable COD for certain PIN codes
Reject COD orders suspected to be fraudulent or non-genuine
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:
Refusing the package, or
Recording an unboxing video immediately after receiving it
This helps us process claims and replacement requests faster.
Any damage-related issue should be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Rosier Cosmetics may deliver only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
